1. Current offers and displayed prices
The current BODKAS pricing interface presents a free Discovery access, a Solo annual offer and Family annual offers based on the number of learner profiles.
| Offer | Displayed annual price | Learner profiles |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Free | 1 |
| Solo | $9 / year | 1 |
| Family | $15 / $20 / $25 / $30 per year | 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 |
The amount, currency, billing period and applicable taxes shown in the checkout immediately before payment take precedence if they differ from an informational page.
2. Access attached to a subscription
Paid access is attached to the BODKAS account and to the entitlements recorded for that account. A Family subscription is intended to provide separate learner profiles and separate learning progress under one parent-managed account.
A family code or PIN is not, by itself, proof of account ownership.
3. Renewal
The renewal terms applicable to a paid subscription must be shown before the customer confirms payment.
4. Cancellation
BODKAS will provide the cancellation method required for the channel through which the subscription is sold. Cancellation of future renewal does not, by itself, delete the BODKAS account or learning progress.
5. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refunds, withdrawal rights and any statutory cooling-off period depend on applicable law and the final payment terms presented at purchase.
6. Payment processing
Payment-card details are intended to be handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored directly by BODKAS.
7. Price changes
BODKAS may change prices for future purchases or renewals subject to the notice and consent requirements that apply to the customer and purchase channel.
No founder-price or lifetime-price guarantee is stated in this draft.
8. Account and learning data
- Ending a paid subscription does not automatically delete the account.
- Learning progress remains subject to the account and data-retention rules described in the applicable privacy and data-rights documents.
- Deleting an account is a separate action from cancelling a subscription.
