Politique Cookies et Traçage
Last updated / Mise à jour : August 2026
1. Purpose
This policy explains how Bodkas uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on the web and in mobile applications. Bodkas follows a minimization principle: technologies are used only for a defined operational, security, preference or measurement purpose.
2. Strictly necessary
These technologies are required to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
- Prevent abuse and protect the service
- Maintain account and learner context
- Remember essential security or product settings
These technologies are not optional where strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
3. Preferences
May remember choices such as:
- Language or interface preference
- Accessibility preference
- Non-essential UI settings
Where consent is required, Bodkas will obtain it before placing non-essential technologies.
4. Analytics
Analytics, if used, are configured consistently with Bodkas' data-minimization approach and applicable law.
5. Advertising / behavioral tracking
Bodkas V1 does not use behavioral advertising cookies or cross-site advertising identifiers. Bodkas will not introduce advertising cookies without a separate privacy, legal, UX and security review.
6. Learner and family principle
Learning progress must not be converted into a behavioral advertising profile. The Family product is not designed to track learners across unrelated websites or services.
7. Local storage
Bodkas may use browser local storage to cache learning progress and offline content for performance and offline capability. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties. You may clear it by clearing your browser's storage for bodkas.com.
